The Listings page draws its toolbar in one of two layouts. This guide covers the icon
layout, which is the default: most actions sit directly on the bar as icons, and the rest live behind a
single Miscellaneous dropdown. The other layout groups everything under named buttons;
see Listings Toolbar (labelled buttons).

Every action exists in both layouts. What differs is where it sits. Turn

On the bar
| Icon | What it does |
|---|---|
| Folder | Show / Hide Folders — the folder tree down the left of the grid. |
| Magnifier | Simple Search — shows the one-line search bar. Not drawn when Always show simple search is on, because the bar is already there. |
| Saved search | Advanced Search — the multi-condition search builder. |
| Plus | Create — a new, empty listing. |
| Repeat | Duplicate — copies the selected listing. |
| Pencil | Edit — opens the listing editor. |
| Wand | Bulk Edit — one change applied to every selected listing. |
| Tick badge | Verify — asks eBay to check the selection without publishing. |
| Save / send | Submit — sends the selection to eBay. |
| Circular arrow | Refresh — re-reads the selection from eBay. |
| Cross in circle | END on eBay — ends the selected listings. |
| List | View on eBay. |
| Sort | Select Sort Field — see Select Sort Parameters. |
| Book | Create from CSV. |

Inside Miscellaneous
| Entry | What it does |

| Reload Listings | Re-reads the grid from WonderLister’s database. |
| Create Templates | Turns the selected listings into listing templates. |
| Delete | Deletes the selection from WonderLister. It does not end anything on eBay. |
| Undo changes | Reverts unsaved changes on the selection. |
| Export to CSV | Opens Customize Export Listings. |
| END on eBay using a CSV | Ends listings named in a spreadsheet. |
| Show Best Offers | The best offers received on the selection. |
| Refresh eBay Fees | Fetches the fees eBay has charged. |
| Generate BarCodes | Produces barcodes for the selection. |
| Preview Description | Shows the description as a buyer would see it. |
| Manage Pictures | Opens Manage Pictures. |
| Send to Shopify | Only shown when Shopify is enabled for your account. |
| Respond to Questions | Buyer questions on the selected listing. |

FAQ
Q: What does this icon do?
A: Hover it. Every icon on the bar shows its description on hover.
Q: I cannot find the folder actions.
A: In this layout they are a Folder Actions submenu inside
Miscellaneous, not on the bar.

A: Always show simple search is on, so the bar is permanently visible and
