The Sales page draws its toolbar in one of two layouts. This guide covers the
icon layout, which is the default. The other groups the same actions under named buttons —
see Sales Toolbar (labelled buttons).

Every action exists in both layouts. What differs is where it sits. Turn Show Toolbar as
Group of Buttons on or off in Main Views to switch.

Finding your way around the grid
| Icon | What it does |
|---|---|
| Folder | Show / Hide Folders — the folder tree down the left of the grid. |
| Magnifier | Simple Search — shows the one-line search bar. Not drawn when Always show simple search is on, because the bar is already there. |
| Saved search | Advanced Search — the multi-condition search builder. |
| Sort | Select Sort Field — see Select Sort Parameters. |
| Grid | Select Grid Layout — see Select Layout. |
| Account | Select default account/site — see Select Account and Site. |
| Redo | Reload Sales — re-reads the grid from WonderLister’s own database. This does not go to eBay. |
Working on an order
| Icon | What it does |

| Details | Show Order Details — everything WonderLister holds about the selected order. |
| Payment | Mark as Paid — records payment against the selected orders. |
| Lorry | Mark as Shipped — records dispatch. |
| Track changes | Enter Tracking Info — the carrier and tracking number, which is what reaches the buyer. |
| Feedback | Leave Feedback — feedback for the buyer on the selected orders. |
| Message | Send Message to Buyer. |
| Circular arrow | Refresh from eBay — re-reads the selected orders from eBay. |
Paperwork and data

| Printer | Invoices — generates invoices for the selection, using your invoice templates. |
| Report | Pick Ticket Report — the picking list for the selected orders. |
| Spreadsheet | Export to Excel — what it writes is governed by Export to CSV. |
Folders and archiving

| Open folder | Add to Folder — files the selected orders. Raises Select Folder. |
| Collapse | Remove from Folder — takes them out again. |
| Archive | Archive Orders — takes old orders out of the everyday views without deleting them. |
| Unarchive | Unarchive Orders — brings them back. |

FAQ
Q: An icon is greyed out.
A: Most actions need a selection. Tick one or more rows first — and a few need
exactly one.

Q: What is the difference between Reload Sales and Refresh from eBay?
A: Reload Sales re-reads the grid from WonderLister’s database and
is instant. Refresh from eBay goes to eBay for the selected orders, which takes longer
and is what you want when eBay and WonderLister disagree.

Q: The magnifier has disappeared.
A: Always show Simple Search is on, so the bar is permanently above the
toolbar and the icon that used to summon it is no longer drawn.

Q: I marked an order shipped but the buyer has no tracking number.
A: They are two separate actions. Use Enter Tracking Info after
Mark as Shipped.
