The Listings page draws its toolbar in one of two layouts. This guide covers the
labelled-button layout, where actions are grouped under named dropdowns —
Search, Create, Edit, To/From eBay, Selection,
Folder and Miscellaneous. The other layout puts the same actions on the bar as icons;
see Listings Toolbar (icons).

Switching layouts. The layout follows the Show toolbar as buttons setting, in
Customize Views → Main Views. Every action exists in
both layouts — what changes is whether it sits on the bar or inside a group.

The groups and what is in them
On the bar
| Button | What it does |
|---|---|
| Show / Hide Folders | Shows or hides the folder tree down the left of the grid. |
| Advanced Search | Opens the multi-condition search builder. Also inside the Search group. |
| Customize | Opens Customize Views. |
| Keyboard shortcuts | Lists the keyboard shortcuts the grid understands. |
| Guided tour | Starts the guided tour of the page. |
Search
| Entry | What it does |
|---|---|
| Simple | Shows the one-line search bar above the grid — a field, an operator and a value. |
| Advanced | Opens the search builder, where several conditions are combined and a search can be saved. |
Create
| Entry | What it does |
|---|---|
| From Scratch | Opens the editor on a new, empty listing. |
| Duplicate | Copies the selected listing or listings. You are asked how many copies to make. |
| Create from CSV | Creates listings in bulk from a spreadsheet. |
Edit
| Entry | What it does |
|---|---|
| Edit one or more | Opens the listing editor. With several rows selected, the editor’s arrows step through them. |
| Bulk edit | Opens Bulk Edit, which applies one change to every selected listing at once. |
| Update from CSV | Applies changes from a spreadsheet to existing listings. |
To/From eBay
| Entry | What it does |

| Verify with eBay | Asks eBay to check the selected listings without publishing them. Free, and the fastest way to find what eBay would reject. |
| Submit to eBay | Sends the selected listings to eBay. You are asked for scheduling parameters first. |
| Refresh from eBay | Re-reads the selected listings’ current state from eBay. |
| Refresh eBay Fees | Fetches the fees eBay has charged on the selected listings. |
| END on eBay | Ends the selected listings. You are asked to choose a reason. |
| END on eBay using a CSV | Ends listings named in a spreadsheet. |
| View on eBay | Opens the item page on eBay. |
Selection

| Add to Folder | Files the selected listings in a folder you choose. |
| Remove from Folder | Takes the selected listings out of a folder. |
| Move to Waiting to Upload folder | Moves the selection to the built-in Waiting to Upload folder. |
| Move to Work in Progress folder | Moves the selection to the built-in Work in Progress folder. |
Miscellaneous
| Entry | What it does |

| Reload Listings | Re-reads the grid from WonderLister’s database. |
| Create Templates | Turns the selected listings into listing templates. |
| Delete | Deletes the selected listings from WonderLister. It does not end anything on eBay. |
| Undo changes | Reverts unsaved changes on the selected listings. |
| Export to CSV | Opens Customize Export Listings and exports the selection. |
| Show Best Offers | Shows the best offers received on the selected listings. |
| Generate BarCodes | Produces barcodes for the selected listings. |
| Preview Description | Shows the listing’s description as a buyer would see it. |
| Manage Pictures | Opens Manage Pictures for the selection. |
| Send to Shopify | Pushes the selection to a linked Shopify store. Only shown when Shopify is enabled for your account. |
| Respond to Questions | Opens the buyer questions on the selected listing. |
FAQ
Q: My toolbar is icons, not buttons.
A: You are on the other layout. Turn on Show toolbar as buttons in
Customize Views → Main Views.

Q: An action does nothing.
A: Most of them act on the selection, so tick a row first. Some — Duplicate, Edit,
View on eBay — need exactly one.

Q: Where did Simple Search go?
A: Into the Search group. If Always show simple search is on in
your preferences the bar is always visible and the entry is not needed.

Q: Does Delete end my listing on eBay?
A: No. Delete removes it from WonderLister. To take it off eBay use
END on eBay.

Q: I do not have Send to Shopify.
A: It is drawn only for accounts with Shopify enabled.
