Select Shipping Policy chooses which of your eBay shipping policies this listing uses. The policies
themselves live on your eBay account — this control picks one, it does not create one.

Where to find it
In a listing’s Shipping Policy section. The same control appears in the simple
editor and in bulk edit.
What is on it

| The clear (×) | Leaves the listing with no policy chosen, which eBay will refuse. |
The list belongs to one account and one site. It is fetched for the account and site set in
Account & Site, and refetched when either changes. Until both are set
the dropdown is empty — that is the commonest reason for an empty policy list, and it is not a fault.

How to choose a policy
- Set the account and the site in Account & Site.
- Open the Select Shipping Policy dropdown.
- Click the policy this listing should use.
- Save the listing.

A: Either the account or the site is not set, or that account has no policies for
that site. Create one on Shipping Policies.

A: The list is fetched from eBay. Reopen the listing, or refresh your profiles from
