Business policies (also referred to as Business Profiles) is an eBay feature that lets you create your profiles for Payments, Shipping and Return Policy and then attach those policies to your listings. That way, when you need to make any changes to your payment terms, shipping or return policy details, you don't need to revise individual listings, rather just revise the associated policies and eBay would automatically update the listings.
By default, eBay site itself will not show you your policies UNLESS you OPT-IN first. Follow these steps to OPT-IN to business policies:
