Sign-up. The form creates your WonderLister account and then hands you to Stripe to set up the subscription;
the page tells you the four steps up front, and it is worth reading them before you start.

No screenshot. The capture run signs in before it photographs anything, so the pages
you see while signed out are the ones it cannot reach. Every field and button is named below,
in the order it appears on screen.

Where to find it

Sign Up on the Log In page. The heading reads Sign up for
WonderLister Online in the browser and WonderLister Desktop in the desktop application —
two separate accounts.

The form

Field What it is
E-mail and Verify E-mail Your address, twice. They must match exactly.
Password and Verify Password Your chosen password, twice. Each has an eye to show what you typed.
First name, Middle Initial, Last name Your name. The middle initial is optional; the other two are not.
Telephone A real number. The field tidies it as you type and the country is picked up from the number, so enter it in full.
Select Subscription The plan to start on — Beginner, Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum or Diamond, monthly or yearly. You are not charged during the trial.
Do you agree to our Terms of Use? Yes or No. It has to be Yes.

Sign Up Checks the form, creates the account, and sends you to Stripe.

What the form checks, in order

It stops at the first problem and says what it is, so fix them top to bottom:

  • E-mail must be entered, then Verify E-mail must be entered, then E-mail and Verify E-mail must be same.
  • Password must be entered, then Verify Password must be entered, then Password and Verify Password must be same.
  • First name must be entered, then Last name must be entered.
  • Telephone must be entered, and separately Invalid phone number. if the number is not one.
  • Subscription must be selected.
  • You must agree to our Terms of Use in order to Register.

What happens next

  1. The message reads Registering your account. Please wait…
  2. You are taken to stripe.com to set up the subscription. You are not charged during the trial.
  3. Stripe returns you to the sign-in page.
  4. Sign in, then link your eBay accounts.
  5. Configure the eBay sites you want to list on.
The account exists before you reach Stripe. If something goes wrong at checkout, do not
sign up again — sign in with the address you used and finish the subscription from
Subscriptions. Registering twice with the same address will not work.

FAQ

Q: Which plan should I start on?
A: The plans differ by how much you list. You can change plan later from
Subscriptions, so start where you expect to be.
Q: Will I be charged today?
A: Not during the trial. Charging begins when the trial ends, or immediately if you
choose to end the trial yourself — see
End Trial.
Q: My phone number is refused.
A: Enter it in full, including the country code. The field reads the country from
the number.
Q: I pressed Sign Up and nothing happened.
A: The first problem is reported at the top of the form. If there is genuinely no
message, reload and start again.
Q: Is the desktop sign-up the same?
A: It is a separate account. The desktop application sends you to the website’s
desktop sign-up page.
