End Trial

Ending your trial early lifts the trial’s restrictions and starts your subscription immediately. This
dialog is the confirmation, and it exists because the decision costs money the moment you take it.

No screenshot. The dialog appears only on the way to ending a trial, and the capture run
does not end the capture account’s trial. Its three lines and two buttons are below, in full.

Where to find it

  1. Open Subscriptions.
  2. Choose to end the trial on the subscription that is in one.

The dialog is titled Pay now to become an Active member.

What it says

  • Ending your trial will enable you to use all features without any restrictions.
  • Please note you will be charged immediately if you end your trial.
  • Please confirm that you wish to end your trial now.

The two buttons

Button What it does
No, I want to continue my trial Closes the dialog and changes nothing. Your trial runs on to its natural end.
Yes, I want to PAY now to become an ACTIVE member Ends the trial. You are charged now and the account becomes active.
There is no undo. Ending a trial is a payment, and the trial does not come back. Do it when
you have hit a trial restriction you need lifted — not to tidy up a screen.

FAQ

Q: What am I charged?
A: The subscription you chose, at its normal rate, starting now. See
Subscriptions for what your plan costs.
Q: What restrictions does the trial have?
A: The trial limits some features. If nothing you use is limited, there is no
reason to end it early.
Q: Can I go back to the trial?
A: No.
Q: I do not see the option.
A: It only appears on a subscription that is actually in a trial.
