section is photographed whole in its own guide. Every part of the control is named below.
Where to find it
In the shipping policy editor, under Specify Locations to exclude, if any. Open it from
Shipping Policies.
The three trees
| Tree | What it holds |
|---|---|
| Worldwide | The continents and regions — Africa, Asia, Europe and so on. Ticking a region excludes everything inside it; expand it to exclude only particular countries. |
| Domestic Location | Places within your own country that cost more to reach — islands, remote territories, PO boxes, depending on the marketplace. |
| Additional Locations | eBay’s extra groupings that fit neither of the above. |
Each tree is expandable and takes as many ticks as you like. What is offered comes from eBay for the
policy’s site, so the three trees differ from one marketplace to the next.

services on the policy — see domestic and
international shipping services. This control only removes
places from what those services would otherwise cover.
How to exclude somewhere
- Open the shipping policy from Shipping Policies.
- Find Specify Locations to exclude, if any.
- Expand the tree that holds the place — region, domestic or additional.
- Tick each place you will not post to.
- Save the policy. Every listing using it now refuses those buyers.
