Brings your eBay business policies down from eBay — the payment, shipping and return policies your listings are built on.
A heading and a Start Refresh button — the work happens in the background.
Where to find it
Open eBay Sync from the application bar and choose
Refresh Policies in the list on the left. Press Start Refresh.
Why you would run it
- You created or changed a policy on eBay itself and it is not offered in WonderLister.
- You have just opted an account in to business policies on
Manage eBay Accounts. - A policy picker on a listing is empty when you know policies exist.
Policies are per account and per site. A refresh brings down what the account holds on the
marketplaces you have configured on eBay Sites. What it brought down is listed
on Payment, Shipping and
Return Policies.

How a refresh runs
Pressing Start Refresh queues the work and hands you back the application — it does not sit
and wait. The button is disabled while the request is being sent, then the work goes on in the background.
- Watch it in Activity Logs.
- You are e-mailed when it finishes, unless you have turned those e-mails off in
Preferences. - Running it twice does no harm, but it does no good either while the first run is still
going.

A: When something is missing or out of date, rather than on a schedule. There is no
