The panel that shows everything WonderLister holds about one order. It is not a screen of its own — the
Order Details dialog draws it, and this page describes what is in it.

this dialog can only be opened on an actual eBay order. The account the capture run signs in as has no
orders, so there is nothing for it to photograph. Everything the dialog contains is listed below.

Identifying the order
| Field | What it is |

| Order Id | eBay’s identifier for the order. This is the number to quote to eBay or to support. |
| Buyer | The buyer’s eBay user id. |
| Created at | When the order was placed, in your local time. |
Where the order has got to
| Field | What it is |

| Order Status | eBay’s own status for the order. |
| Checkout Status | Whether the buyer has completed eBay’s checkout. |
| Paid at | When payment was recorded. Empty means unpaid. |
| Shipped at | When dispatch was recorded. Empty means not yet sent. |
The money

| Sub total | The items, before postage and tax. |
| Shipping cost | What the buyer was charged for postage. |
| Taxes | Tax charged on the order. |
| Adjustment amount | Any adjustment applied to the order. |
| Order total | What the buyer owes, all together. |
| Amount Paid | What has actually been received. Less than the total means a part payment. |
| Currency | The currency the order is in — which is the marketplace’s, not necessarily yours. |
| Payment Method | How the buyer paid. |
Getting it to the buyer

| Shipping Method | The service the buyer chose and paid for. |
| Actual shipping cost | What postage cost you. Yours to fill in — eBay does not know it. |
| Actual handling cost | What packing and handling cost you. Also yours to fill in. |
| GSP Enabled | Whether the order goes through eBay’s Global Shipping Programme, in which you post to a UK or US hub and eBay forwards it abroad. |
The two “actual” costs are the ones only you can supply. Everything else on this panel comes
from eBay. Filling them in is what lets the profit figures in Reports reflect what
the order really cost you rather than what the buyer paid.

FAQ
Q: Amount Paid is less than the Order total.
A: A part payment, or a payment recorded by hand for less than the total. See
Mark Order as Paid.

Q: Actual shipping cost is empty.
A: It is for you to fill in. eBay knows what the buyer paid for postage, not what it

A: An order takes the currency of the marketplace it was placed on.
Q: What does GSP Enabled mean for me?
A: You post to eBay’s domestic hub and eBay handles the export. The buyer’s address on
the order is the hub, not the buyer’s own address.
