In order to bring pictures of listings that are currently on eBay and save them locally on your computer/network, follow these steps:
Using the menu option
Tools > Options > Preferences
Click on the name "Imported Pictures"
You will see the following view displayed on the right.
Check the box next to Save the pictures as well as the directory in which to save them.
When this preference is set, then, when a listing is either Imported from eBay or when a listing is Refreshed from eBay, the associated pictures will be brought back from eBay and saved in the directory you specified. Having pictures on your own computer allows you to contiue to use that listing during Relist or Duplicate listing even after eBay may have removed the pictures from its site (as per eBay's policy).
