Importing is the process where orders not present in Wonder Lister but are present on eBay are brought in from eBay into Wonder Lister. To import orders manually once a month is a highly recommended Best Practices.
To do the Import, use the menu option:
"eBay Updates" > "Import Orders" as shown below:
A new tab will be opened as shown below:

Import orders for which eBay account(s)
Select 1 or more of your eBay accounts for which you wish to import your orders. To select more than one, hold the <CTRL> key down and click on the account to select.
Specify which orders to import
Import specified order
Enter the Order ID of the order to import
Import all there is to import from eBay
This is the default option. This will let you import all orders that are available on eBay.
Orders in the specified date range only
Import only those orders which were created between the dates you specify
Start Date
Specify the start date if you selected date range based option, for the date selected, it starts at the beginning of the day.
End Date
Specify the end date if you selected date range based option, for the date selected, it ends at the end of the day.

Import Orders
Starts the import process. You can continue to work in other tabs while the import process is running. Progress messages will be displayed at the top of the view. When the import process is finished, you can close this tab.
