System folders in WonderLister provides you with a way so that all your listings are automatically organized into various folders. Such folders are called System Folders.

| All Listings | Displays all the listings in the selected eBay account and/or selected eBay site. If no eBay account and/or eBay site is selected, then, all listings across all eBay accounts and all eBay sites are displayed. |
| All Listings > Unarchived | All listings that have not been archived |
| All Listings > Unarchived > Work in progress | Listings you are currently working on. These have not yet been submitted to eBay. |
| All Listings > Unarchived > Waiting to Upload | Listings that you have completed in all respects but not yet ready for final submission to eBay. Like, if you need an approval from your supervisor or waiting for eBay to announce promotions like free listings period. |
| All Listings > Unarchived > Without any Pictures | Listings that do not have any pictures. Most eBay categories require at least one picture. To improve the chances of a sale, it is highly recommended to have as many high-quality pictures as possible. |
| All Listings > Unarchived > Submission errors | After a listing is submitted to eBay, it is possible that eBay reports an error. This folder will display such a listing. This helps you in finding all listings that you need to fix before eBay will accept it.Please note, that, eBay is a very dynamic place and a listing that was accepted by eBay yesterday may not get accepted today. The only solution is to correct whatever error(s) eBay has reported and resubmit the listing to eBay. |
| All Listings > Unarchived > Scheduled | Scheduled listings are those that are to go live on eBay at a future point in time. This folder displays such listings. |
| All Listings > Unarchived > Scheduled > On Wonder Lister | Listings that are scheduled on WonderLister. When the scheduled time comes, WonderLister will automatically submits these listings to eBay.*** This is a free feature that comes with your subscription. *** |
| All Listings > Unarchived > Scheduled > On eBay | Listings that are scheduled directly on eBay. When the scheduled time comes, eBay will automatically make them available for purchase. |
| All Listings > Unarchived > Active | Listings that are currently available for purchase. |
| All Listings > Unarchived > Active > Edited – To submit manually | By default, WonderLister automatically sends to eBay any change you make to an Active listing. In such a case, this folder won’t have anything in it. However, you may not want this behavior. You can change your Preferences so that any revisions to Active Listings will not be sent to eBay automatically by WonderLister. In such a case, this folder will show all such Active listings that you revised and need to submit those revised listings to eBay.Changing the default setting has implications: Since Active Listing has changed in WonderLister but not on eBay, so, WonderLister and eBay are out of sync. Such a listing will not automatically refresh from eBay because if it did, then, you would lose the changes you had made. Thus, it is highly recommended that you try to submit your changes to eBay as soon as possible. |
| All Listings > Unarchived > Active > Having unanswered questions | These are listings where a buyer has asked a question and as a seller you haven’t yet responded. |
| All Listings > Unarchived > Active > Fixed Price | Shows only Fixed Price listings |
| All Listings > Unarchived > Active > Auction | Shows only Auction style listings |
| All Listings > Unarchived > Active > Past End Time | Every listing on eBay has an End Time – a time after which the listing will not be available to buyers for purchase. This folder displays listings whose status is still Active but its end time is in the past. Typically, such a situation should never arise but rarely it does. If you see any listings in this folder, simply select them all and refresh them from eBay and typically that should be enough. |
| All Listings > Unarchived > Active > Out of Stock | If in your eBay preferences, you have enable Out of Stock preference, then, when a listing’s quantity goes down to zero, eBay does not End it. Rather, the listing’s status remains Active but is marked as “Out of Stock”. When you get new stock, you simply update the quantity, and eBay will make it available for purchase. |
| All Listings > Unarchived > Active > Error in Gallery Picture | When you submit a listing to eBay, eBay creates a set of pictures from each picture in a listing. Sometimes, eBay encounters an error in doing so. This folder will show all such listings. Typically, eBay resolves this automatically after some time. Thus, typically, no action is needed from you. But even after prolonged period of time, eBay is unable to resolve the error, then, the best way to deal with this is to resubmit the listing after making some minor changes. |
| All Listings > Unarchived > Ended/Completed | Listings that have ended or completed. These listings are no longer available to buyers. |
| All Listings > Unarchived > Ended/Completed > Sold | Listings that have at least 1 quantity sold. |
| All Listings > Unarchived > Ended/Completed > Unsold | Listings that did not sell. |
| All Listings > Unarchived > Ended/Completed > Not Relisted | Listings that did not sell and you have not relisted them as yet. Listings can be relisted within a specified duration after it has ended without a sale. |
| All Listings > Archived | Ended listings that you have archived. In WonderLister, you can also use automation rules to automatically archive listings. |
