The Select Documents block attaches regulatory documents to the listing you are editing. It
lists the files already uploaded to your eBay account, and you tick the ones that belong to this product.
No screenshot. This is a block inside the listing editor’s
General Product Safety Regulations section rather than a screen of its own, and
the section is photographed whole in that guide. Every control in the block is named below.

Where to find it
Open a listing in the editor and go to the General Product Safety Regulations
section. Select Documents is the first block on it.
What is on it
| Control | What it does |
|---|---|
| Select Documents | A dropdown you can tick more than one entry in. Each entry reads document type — file name, so two declarations of conformity are told apart by their file names. |
| The line beneath | Lists the document types you have chosen, as a running summary of the selection. |
| The clear (×) | Removes every choice at once. |
Manage and Refresh
| Control | What it does |
|---|---|
| Manage | Opens Manage Regulatory Documents in a dialog, without leaving the listing. Close it and the list here is reloaded, so a record you have just created is immediately choosable. |
| Refresh | Fetches the list again. Use it when a record was added somewhere else — another tab, the desktop application, a colleague’s machine. |
Choosing here does not save the listing. The choice is held on the listing in front of you;
it reaches eBay when you save it.
