Brings down your seller settings as eBay holds them — the preferences eBay keeps about how you sell, rather than the ones WonderLister keeps.

Where to find it
Open eBay Sync from the application bar and choose
Refresh User Preferences in the list on the left. Press Start Refresh.
Why you would run it
- You have changed a seller setting on eBay and WonderLister is behaving as though you had not.
- You have just linked or re-authorised an account.
- Support has asked you to.
These are eBay’s settings, not WonderLister’s. WonderLister’s own settings are in
Preferences, and nothing here touches them.

How a refresh runs
Pressing Start Refresh queues the work and hands you back the application — it does not sit
and wait. The button is disabled while the request is being sent, then the work goes on in the background.
- Watch it in Activity Logs.
- You are e-mailed when it finishes, unless you have turned those e-mails off in
Preferences. - Running it twice does no harm, but it does no good either while the first run is still
going.
