System Folders

What are System Folders?

System folders (unlike User folders) are predefined folders and thus you can't manage them (edit/delete/rename etc) or add/remove listings from them

Each system folder has a predefined meaning and sales automatically appear in them based on the purpose of that folder

A Sale can be in a User folder as well as in system folder at the same time

System folders are shown below:

Folder	Explanation
All Sales	Every sale transaction is in this folder.
Un-archived	All un-archived sale transactions are included in this folder. See How do I archive/Unarchive sales?
Not Paid, Not Shipped	All sale transactions which are pending payment and which you haven't shipped
By Age > Less than a week	All sale transactions which are pending payment and which you haven't shipped and date of sale is less than a week (from current date/time)
By Age > Between one and two weeks	All sale transactions which are pending payment and which you haven't shipped and date of sale is more than one week but less than two weeks
By Age > Between two and three weeks	All sale transactions which are pending payment and which you haven't shipped and date of sale is more than two weeks but less than three weeks
By Age > Between three and four weeks	All sale transactions which are pending payment and which you haven't shipped and date of sale is more than three weeks but less than four weeks
By Age > More than four weeks	All sale transactions which are pending payment and which you haven't shipped and date of sale is more than four weeks
Paid, Not shipped	All sale transactions which have been paid but which you haven't shipped
Paid, Not shipped > Less than a week	All sale transactions which have been paid but which you haven't shipped and date of sale is less than a week (from current date/time)
Paid, Not shipped > Between one and two weeks	All sale transactions which have been paid but which you haven't shipped and date of sale is more than a week but less than two weeks
Paid, Not shipped > Between two and three weeks	All sale transactions which have been paid but which you haven't shipped and date of sale is more than two weeks but less than three weeks
Paid, Not shipped > Between three and four weeks	All sale transactions which have been paid but which you haven't shipped and date of sale is more than three weeks but less than four weeks
Paid, Not shipped > More than four weeks	All sale transactions which have been paid but which you haven't shipped and date of sale is more than four weeks
Paid & Shipped	All sale transactions which have been paid and which you have shipped
Reimbursed	Sale transaction which you have refunded
Archived	Sale Transactions you have archived
