Compacting recovers the space when data records (like templates, listings etc) are deleted. In addition, indexes are rebuilt which makes the system perform better.
Follow these steps:
Click on the menu option:
Tools > Options > Compact Database
Compacting starts right away. It is highly recommended to wait until the process is completed.
