eBay business policies are reusable sets of terms held on your eBay account. The
Payment Policy section of the listing editor picks which of your payment policies this
listing uses — how the buyer pays, whether immediate payment is required, and the terms shown on the item
page.
This section chooses a policy. The policies themselves are created and edited on the
Payment Policies page.
Where to find it
Open a listing in the editor and scroll to Payment Policy, or click it in the editor’s
left-hand section list.
What is on this section

| Select Payment Policy | The payment policies held on the chosen eBay account for the chosen site. Only policies belonging to that account and site are offered. |
| Manage | Opens the Payment Policies page, where policies are created, edited and deleted. |

A switch. Turned on, the chosen policy’s terms are displayed below the picker, read only — it is there so you can check what a policy says without leaving the listing. To change the terms, use Manage. |

saying which one is missing: “Please select an eBay account first.”,
“Please select eBay site first.”, or both.
How to use it
- Set the account and site in Account & Site.
- Choose the policy from the dropdown.
- Turn on Show details if you want to confirm the terms.
- Use Manage if the policy you need does not exist yet, then come back and choose it.
