How do I send my database to WonderLister customer support?

If using Version 5+

  • Click on the “Help” icon on the top menu bar
  • The “Contact Us” page will be displayed by default
  • Enter the requested information in the contact form
  • Check the box “Upload database also?
  • Click on the button “Send E-Mail
  • Wait for the confirmation or an error message.
  • If you get an error message, take a screenshot by pressing keys ALT and “Print screen” together. On some keyboards, it could be “prt sc” or a variation thereof. This will copy the screenshot to clipboard.
  • In version 5+, you can also simply press function key “F9” to take a screenshot. This works anywhere in the app on any window/dialog. The screenshot will be saved in a file and you will see a message when its done. You can attach this file in your email to WonderLister customer support.
  • Send an email to support@wonderlister.com. In the email body, press keys CTRL and “V” together to insert the screenshot.

If using Version up to 3.x

  • Click on the main menu option “Help
  • Click on the option “Send Database to Customer Support
  • Wait for the confirmation or an error message.
