Please follow the steps below:
- Click on the “Listings” link on the top menu bar
- “Listings” page will display
- Click on toolbar button “Selection” -> “Select default account/site”
- Select account “A” from dropdown and click on the button “Select“
- You will be back to the “Listings” page and only listings of account “A” will be displayed
- Check the checkbox “Select all …” towards the bottom of the listings grid. This will select all the listings of account “A” irrespective of how many are there on the current page
- Click on toolbar button “Miscellaneous” -> “Export to CSV“
- A new dialog “Customize Export” will open
- Unselect the option “Export data only for Columns in Current View” – this will export all the columns (not just the columns that were in your listings page view)
- Click on the button “Start Export“
- The export process will start. When it is completed, you will get an email notification. That email will have the location where the exported file is saved.
- Now, edit the CSV/Excel file.
- You need to make 4 changes:
Change eBay Account to “B”
Change Payment Profile to one that belongs to “B”
Same change for Shipping Profile
Same change for Return Profile - Save the file. This CSV/Excel file now has all the listings that has data for account “B”
- Go Back to WonderLister app
- Click on the main menu bar option “Listing Templates“
- Click on the toolbar option “Create” -> “Create from CSV“
- A new dialog “Create from CSV” will open.
- Simply drag and drop the CSV/Excel file into the dialog
- Click on the button “Upload“
- Check “Activity Log” and wait for the process to complete
- Once completed, go back to “Listing Templates” page
- Click on the folder on the left hand side “All Listing Templates“
- Check the box “Select all …” at the bottom of the grid.
- Click on the tollbar option “To/From eBay” -> “Submit to eBay“
