Instructions for revising, relisting or ending eBay active listings by eBayID or SKU using a CSV file

if SKU value is _delete_, then, the SKU is removed from the listing. Otherwise, the listing's SKU is updated with the specified value.

Required if the SKU of a variation in the listing is to be updated. if SKU value is _delete_, then, the SKU is removed from the Variation matching the Variation ID in the listing. Otherwise, the listing's variation SKU is updated with the specified value.

To remove sub title, set it's value to _delete_

To find the numeric ID assigned to a Description Template, use the main menu option:

Tools -> Options -> Description Templates

Then, SELECT the Description Template of your choice. WL will display the ID assigned.

To remove Description Template used in the listing, set the value to 0

Paths can be specified as local on your computer or as http paths.

Format for specifying local path (UNC format) on your computer:

\\<COMPUTER_NAME>\<SHARE_NAME>\<path_to_image_file>

as non UNC path. Example value:

D:\eBayImages\image01.jpg

General note about each picture:

Specify value ONLY for those positions that you wish to edit/delete. For example, to edit second picture, specify a new location for Picture 2.

To delete a specific picture, specfiy _delete_ as the picture path for that specific position. For example, to delete sixth picture, specify _delete_ as the value for Picture 6.

For Variations listing, this is the currently available quantity for the specified SKU. In this case, SKU also must be specified

• A valid numeric number (in days)

Available values for number of days is dependent on the eBay site and the category used.

The number you enter MUST be a valid eBay category. The category MUST also be a leaf level category, that is, the category cannot have any sub-categories under it.

To remove existing secondary category, set the value to _delete_

For Fixed Price listing, this is the fixed price.

For an Auction listing, this is the starting price.

Use this column OR you can use INDIVIDUAL columns for EACH Item Specific Name (see next column for details).

Item Specifics must follow this format:

Name1, Name2 etc are the Item Specific Names

If Name is custom (non-eBay), then, only a single value must be specified

Name and its values must be separated by = without any spaces in between the name and its values

Each SET of (Name, Values) must be separated by two semi-colons (;;)

To remove all existing values for a given name, set the value for that name as _delete_

Substitute <ItemSpecificName> with the actual Item specific name.
